These terms govern all transactions between you (“the customer”, “you”) and Sector 1 Online Store relating to the sale of ICE (In Case of Emergency) Wristbands and associated products.

2. Product Information

We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, and details of all ICE wristbands.
However, colours and engraving layouts may vary slightly due to differences in screen display or manufacturing processes.

We reserve the right to modify product specifications or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT, where applicable.
Orders are only confirmed once full payment is received.
Accepted payment methods include EFT, credit/debit card, and any other methods listed on our website.
Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with order details.

⚠️ Please ensure that all captured information (names, emergency contacts, medical info) is accurate and correctly spelt before submission. We cannot be held responsible for errors provided by the customer.

4. Customisation and Personalised Orders

ICE wristbands are often personalised with your chosen information.
By submitting personal or medical details for programming, you confirm that:

The information is accurate and provided voluntarily.
You authorise us to process and use that information solely for the production of your wristband.

Personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of manufacturing defects or incorrect engraving caused by our error.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our Return Policy is aligned with the Consumer Protection Act (Act 68 of 2008).
Customers are entitled to return non-personalised products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Defective or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to the customer.

6. Delivery

Orders are processed within 3–5 working days once payment is received.
Delivery times vary by location, typically 2–7 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, strikes, or events beyond our control.
Delivery fees are clearly stated at checkout and may vary by region.

7. Privacy and Data Protection (POPIA Compliance)

We are fully compliant with the Protection of Personal Information Act (Act 4 of 2013).
Your personal information will:

Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
ICE wristbands are support tools, not medical devices, and do not guarantee emergency outcomes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
